Return & Shipment Policy:

All Returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise to Superlative Systems Integration, Inc. You can request an RA by submitting an RA Request in the subject line of an email to crg@ssiinc.tech. Once you have provided us with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.

Return Shipping

Superlative Systems Integration, Inc. does not cover the shipping cost of any item returned back to our shop or the manufacturer.

Seven (7) Days Return Period

Seven days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on computers & electronics. All Items must be in brand new condition. The package cannot be opened or tampered with. No open packages can be returned without being defective. All defects are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. A defective item will be exchanged for same brand, make and model. Items that are returned will be refunded in the form of store “Credit Only” customers may use this credit to purchase other Items at the same value. Some defective Items when specified must be returned directly to the manufacturer. No Item shall be returned after it was installed for any reason. If the Item is defective are dead on arrival, we Superlative Systems Integration, Inc. will contact the manufacturer to Process an Return Manufacture Authorization (RMA) however the customer will be responsible for the return shipping unless protected by our advance parts replacement contract service.

Exceptions

The following items are not returnable: Labor or installation and repair services, Items that are abused, Opened, computer software, movies, music and video games. If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive credit for these items. Please see details below (Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items section). Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on opened computers and electronics and all products that are returnable. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. If an item was opened and the end user wishes to return it all the original packaging and items received with the product must be returned along with the item being in “Brand new’’ condition Superlative Systems Integration, Inc. will not accept returns on special Order products and products that are missing its original packaging no matter the circumstance.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in “like new” condition).
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item by mail, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online. To make sure that we have your product in stock, call Customer Care at (347)-745-8900

Personal Data

Please remove all personal data (e.g., computer, I pad), from any returned products. Superlative Systems Integration, Inc. is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.
Rebate, coupons and discounts Policy
Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate, coupons and discount was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the said item deducted from the refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates, coupons and discounts are limited to one per product, per household or address.

Promotional Items

Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., buy TV, get free DVD player; buy TV, get free gift card; or buy TV, get DVD player half off), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
Superlative Systems Integration, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return.
