Our installation Phase is managed by a mobile App
In this installation phase all our prior preparations will pay off. Our Field Engineers will be equipped with a Project Installation guide that will have all the necessary information, to completing the project. Project Management will determine scheduling and coordination. The Project Installation Guide will be equipped with floor plans, equipment placement, cable wire schedule, step by step instructions. Onsite site-specific rules, safety guidelines, escalation paths, project contacts, equipment manuals and all necessary procedure needed to convert this project to full production. Once that is complete, we test and certify by quality control that the systems are functioning in the capacity it was designed for and delivers the services it was meant to.
Our Technicians utilize a mobile application that assigns them their daily project task. These tasks are tracked by the Project Manager that receives real time information on arrival times, Technician location
when they clock in and out of task. How long a Technician task to complete a task. The Technician can upload field notes and even get driving directions. all from the mobile platform.
