Implementation
During the installation phase, a dedicated Project Manager oversees the process. All data and communications are transmitted to the Field Engineer via a mobile app. This app provides our technicians with a clear task list and specific time frames for completing each task, enhancing their efficiency.
During the installation phase, all our prior preparations will come to fruition. Our Field Engineers will be equipped with a comprehensive Project Installation Guide containing all the necessary information to complete the project. Project Management will handle scheduling and coordination. The Project Installation Guide will include floor plans, equipment placement, cable wire schedules, step-by-step instructions, site-specific rules, safety guidelines, escalation paths, project contacts, equipment manuals, and all procedures needed to transition the project to full production. Once installation is complete, we will test and certify the systems through quality control to ensure they function as designed and deliver the intended services.
Our technicians use a mobile application to receive their daily project tasks. These tasks are tracked by the Project Manager, who receives real-time information on arrival times, technician locations, clock-in and clock-out times, and task completion durations. Technicians can also upload field notes and access driving directions, all through the mobile platform.
